Itinarery detail:
Day 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai (D)
Pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel in Hanoi. Free time at your leisure. The Guide will take you to have dinner at typical restaurant before transfer to station. Overnight on the train.
Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa (B-L)
Arrive in Lao Cai in early morning, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to Sapa about 1 hour. Have breakfast at you hotel. In the afternoon, we ride to Ta Phin to visit the Red Dao minority. Come back to Sapa. (Ride 40 km)
Day 3: Sapa - Ban Ho (B-L-D)
Have breakfast at your hotel then we ride to Lao Chai village. We stop to visit Black H’Mong minority then continue to Ta Van to see Zay people. Pass through valley and reach Red Zao village. Arriver Tay village BanHo. Have Lunch in Ban Ho. Return back up hill to track head home. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel. (Ride 60 km)
Day 4: Sapa – Tam Duong - Paso (B-L-D)
After have breakfast, check out hotel. The drive will take you to Tram Ton Pass. We stop to see Silver Water fall and the Fansipan Mountain. It is the highest mountain in Viet Nam. Then we ride downhill to Lai Chau province. We stop at Tam Duong for lunch then we go to Lai Chau. Overnight at hotel. (Ride 90 km)
Day 5: Paso – Lai Chau (B-L-D)
Cross mountains to beautiful valley and pass tribal villages. Lunch in large Vietnamese village. Ride into Lai Chau valley. Check in the hotel.
Day 6: Lai Chau – Dien Bien Phu (B-L-D)
Ride out of Lai Chau. Visit remote tribal people. Cross Mountain passes to Dien Bien Phu. Take tour of historic Dien Bien Phu, Visit museum, cemetery, French war bunkers and battle sites. (Ride 105 km)
Day 7: Dien Bien Phu - Hanoi (B)
Have breakfast in early morning. Transfer to airport to catch the lunchtime flight back to Hanoi.

- Number of cycling days: Four full days and one half-day
- Road Surface: This tour follows a mix of asphalt roads, broken roads, vehicle-width dirt roads, and rough tracks, so some off-road riding skills are an advantage. You should be confident of your physical condition and bike handling skills.
- Support: Minibus depend on number of group that take bikes and bikers
