Can Tho the capital of Can Tho Province is the largest and busiest city on the Song Hau River in the Mekong Delta. It is a vital river port with its animated commercial market that boasts the largest fruit market in the delta region. The City of Can Tho is great for an insight into the normal day to day lives of those on the Delta . The River is the most attractive aspect to the visit and the Boats that are laden with produce are really incredible to see.
Day 1: Depart to My Tho and boat trip to visit Thai Son Island. Enjoy the local fruits. Continue to Can Tho for overnight.
Day 2: Cruise on Mekong river to explore the bustling activities of the typical floating market. Return to Ho Chi Minh City
