Check in your hotel and relax. In the later afternoon, we go to visit Water Puppet show. Day 2: Ha Noi – Mai Chau (B-L-D) Mai Chau is located in Hoa Binh province; it is far from Ha Noi about 180 km to the West. From the top the Cun Mountain , you can see a superb panorama Mai Chau Valey. This area is the home of Thai Minority. The traditional stilt houses are large structure with palm leaf roofs and bamboo floor. We stay over night here and enjoy the Thai Dance. Day 3: Mai Chau – Giang Mo – Hoa Binh – Ha Noi (B-L) After breakfast, we go to Giang Mo – Hoa Binh to visit Muong Minority. They still live on their stilt house with the tortoise shell thatched roofs. You will see the madams with doorframe to weave. They make costumes for themselves that name called: “Tho Cam”. Have lunch in Hoa Binh province then come back to Ha Noi. Day 4: Ha Noi - Ha Long (B-L-D) Today, we travel to Ha Long discovery this magnificent UNESCO World Wonde. Check in to the Junk and enjoys sea food. After the lunch, we go to visit some caves as Thien Cung, Dau Go… Relax on the Ti Top beach. Stay overnight on the boat. Day 5: Ha Long – Cat Ba (B-L) Before checking out the Junk, the guide will take you go to visit Van Gia fishing village. In the afternoon, we go to Cat Ba National Park with precious wildlife in the region and to see the diversity of the Viet Namese Flora and Fauna. Back to your hotel to relax. Day 6: Cat Ba – Hai Phong – Ha Noi (B) In the morning, you have a chance to go the market to buy souvernir that made from the sea and relax on the beach. Take an afternoon high speed hydrofoil to Hai Phong for our return to Hanoi. Day 7: Ha Noi - Lao Cai (B) A full day exploring the splendid city of Hanoi, starting with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his former residence, his impressive house on stilts and One Pillar Pagoda before visiting in the ancient Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university established during the construction of the capital. In the afternoon, we visit Hanoi's most interesting museums then take an hour Cyclo – around Old Quarter. We take a night train to the Lao Cai. Day 8: Lao Cai – Sapa (B) Coming to Lao Cai at 05:00 am. The driver will take you to Sapa.it is located 1500 m above sea level. The wearther is cool arround year and it is famous for Flower and fruit as apples, pears and plums…A part from, Sapa have many minorities they live here such as H’mong, Dao, Tay, Zay…. Day 9: Sapa – Bac Ha – Lao Cai – Ha Noi (B-L) Bac Ha Market is a extraordinary stop on the way back to Hanoi. This Sunday market is attended by many ethnic groups including the colorful Flower H’Mong, Tay and San Chi minorities. The hive of activity and colors at the market is really something to see. On the way back to Lao Cai we stop at Trung Do Village take a boat on Chay River. Come back to Lao Cai and over night on train to Ha Noi. Day 10: Ha Noi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Hue (B-L) The drive will pick you up at the station and tranfer you to the local restaurant to have breakfast. After that, we travel to Ninh Binh approximatly 120 km to the South. We visit Dinh and Le Temple, that is an ancient citadel of Viet Nam. We continue go to Tam Coc by bycyle thruogh the rice paddy fiel. We stop have lunch at typical restaurant.In the afternoon, we take a row boat to discovery Tam Coc that mean Hang Ca, Hang Hai and Hang Ba. Come back to Ha Noi and flight to Hue. Day 11: Hue (B) Hue is one of Viet Nam’s most cultural and historical cities once ruled by the Emperor of the Nguyen dynasty. To day, we have holl day to discovery Hue citadel. In the morning, we take time to visit the Forbidden Citade, Ming Mang and Khai Dinh Temple. Then we take a boat on the Pefume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and explore the crowded market of Dong Ba where you may be interested in bargaining for some priceless souvenirs. Day 12: Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An (B) How about a drive south to the famous China beach, crossing spectacular Hai Van Pass to reach Da Nang. We visit the best Cham Museum in Vietnam and take a short break at Marble Mountain. Continue to Hoi An known as an ancient town of meandering narrow streets dating back to the 16th century. Day 13: Hoi An (B) Hoi An is called:’ living museum”. An is typified by the 16th century Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese architecture. After visiting Ancient town, we can walk on the street to buy somethings as clothing, lanterns, shoes, food. We will take a boat to visit Thu Bon river and relax on the beach. Day 14: Hoi An – My Son (B) My Son is far from about 70 km to the southwest of Da Nang. The strongest Champa Kingdom in Viet Nam. They include temples and tower with distinctive and complicated red brick designs. This architecture reflec the power of the Champa ruin. Day 15: Hoi An – Quy Nhon (B) Drive along the spectacular coastal road, passing fertile rice fields, pausing at Sa Huynh beach for an opportunity to swim, we arrive at Quy Nhon for our overnight stop. This area of Vietnam is some of the most unspoiled you will see in Asia. The Cham influences on society are obvious and add to the special feel of the place. Day 16: Quy Nhon – Nha Trang (B) Continue south on highway One to the coastal retreat town of Nha Trang, with a pause at a well-known Cham Tap Nan tower built on a hilltop over looking the town. Arrive in Nha Trang check in the hotel and relax on the beach. Day 17: Nha Trang (B-L) We take aboat to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium and stop for a delicious lunch of fresh sea food at a fishing village restaurant. We also take time for a city tour including one of the Viet Nam’s most impressive Cham Towers – Po Nagger or an opportunity to refresh in a mud bath at your own pace. Day 18: Nha Trang – Da Lat (B) Da Lat belongs to Lam Dong hingh land with the weather is cool arround year. It is another name “Thousand Flower Valley” with somes pine forests, water falls and admire its typical French villas. Day 19: Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City (B) After a stop at the colorful flower market, we head down to the animated Ho Chi Minh City – once called “The Pearl of the East”. Upon arrival, you are transferred to the hotel for relaxing. Day 20: Ho Chi Minh City (B) After breakfast, we go to visit War Museum, Independence and North Dame Cathedral. In the afternoon, we go shopping at Cho Lon market and china Town. Day 21: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi (B) Driver about 1.5 hours to the west west to explore the underground tunnels in Cu Chi which were used by Vietnamese guerrillas during the war against the US and French forces. Back to Ho Chi Minh City. Day 22: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (B) This day is spent exploring the famous Mekong Delta. Drive south to My Tho town, take a motor boat on Tien Giang to visit Thoi Son island, strolling by some cottage industries and trying some fresh local fruits. Enjoy the local hospitality while discovering their orchard gardens. Back to Ho Chi Minh City to explore the city on your own or simply relax . Day 23: Depart Ho Chi Minh City (B) Free time until you are transferred to the airport for your onward flight. Tour ends. Itinerary in details:

 

Day 1 : Arrive Ha Noi

The guide will pick you up at the airportand transfer to the hotel and free at your hotel.

  

Day 2 : Ha Noi                                 (B)

This day tour is your first introduction to the history that is Viet Nam. We spend the morning visiting famous Ho Chi Minh complex comprising his Mausoleum, former residence, the impressive house on stilts and view the One Pillar Pagoda. Learn more about the historical and cultural events at the peaceful Temple of Literature, known as the Vietnam’s first university since the 11th century. In the afternoon, we attend some of Hanoi's most interesting museums followed by an hour Cyclo tour through the bustling Old Quarter. Later this evening, we get together for a tour briefing then attend the performance of the unique water puppetry dating back to the11th century

 

Day 3:  Ha Noi - Mai Chau           (B-L-D)

Today we start our adventure through the Northwest. The scenery on this journey brings us in contact with images of rural and traditional Vietnam with the various ethnic minorities of the North. The “Green Valley” of Mai Chau is our first stay. Upon arrival, spend time exploring local villages surrounded by terraced rice paddies that contrast against the mountains. Experience the hospitality of the Thai minority people and attend an evening dance at the traditional house on stilts home stay, as we overnight there.

 

Day 4:  Mai Chau - Son La                                                         (B)

The next day involves a journey to Son La, a remote old French army Hill Station used during the Indochinese war in Vietnam. With stops en route, the endless fields of green tea in Moc Chau and the colorful rural life styles will captivate you.

 

Day 5:  Son La – Dien Bien Phu                                                (B)

Make an inspection of the old prison built by the French to detain Communists revolutionaries before driving onward to the well-known former French battle ground of Dien Bien Phu (1954). Observe the head quarters of colonial Christian de Castries. This was one of the sites of revolution against the French in Indochina, then regarded as the last bastion of French power in Viet Nam.

 

Day 6: Dien Bien Phu - Phong Tho                                             (B)

As we journey deeper into the Northwest, Tam Duong is an impressive destination of fantastic scenery. Mountains and unspoiled tribal villages. Encounter the Tay, H’Mong and Dao ethnic groups. Witness their daily activities and admire their costume that seems to not have been influenced yet by modern life or the outside world.  Overnight in a modest local Hotel.

 

Day 7:  Phong Tho – Sapa               (B)

After a some local market stops on the way, we approach the cooler Alpine location of Sapa town (1650 mtrs asl). This old French Hill Station boasts some of the most interesting Ethnicity in Vietnam. The Saturday Markets are something to see as trading is done on this day. Sensational photography opportunities of both Natural beauty and human diversity.

 

Day 8:  Sapa                                    (B)

Have the chance to do some trekking and to experience the daily lives of the Black H’mong and Dao people.  Witness a truly simple, traditional way of life that exists as it has done for centuries. This place has seen migration over the Chinese Boarder for the last 500 year old.  

 

Day 9:  Sapa - Bac Ha                                                                   (B- L)

Bac Ha Market is a extraordinary stop on the way back to Hanoi. This Sunday market is attended by many ethnic groups including the colorful Flower H’Mong, Tay and San Chi minorities. The hive of activity and colors at the market is really something to see. Stay over night at Bac Ha.

 

Day 10:Bac Ha  -Ha Giang                                                               (B)

Along to small road we go to Ha Giang. On the way, you see many minories as H’Mong, Zay, Tay…. We stay at the hotel of  Ha Giang province. Then we visit Dinh ho Vuong, …..

 

Day 11  :Ha Giang – Cao Bang                                                         (B)

Cao Bang Province near the border was involved in the Chinese shelling of 1979. Attending the morning market here is a great chance to see some of the local traders doing their thing. Take an excursion to Pac Bo cave where former president Ho Chi Minh resided on his first return after 30 year of exile. A quiet night in the town centre presents a unique opportunity for those looking for a direct type of cultural exchange.

 

Day 12:Cao Bang – Lang Son                                                          (B)

Continuing along the border to Lang Son, we pass the old battles fields raged between France and Viet Nam. This is also a good chance of capturing some picturesque scenery on film. Arrive Lang Son, take time to interact in this busy trading town. Many bargains to be had here.

 

Day 13:Lang Son – Ha Noi                                                                (B)

In the morning, encounter the legendary caves of Nhi Thanh and Tam Thanh, view the impressive To Thi stone statue and reflect on the historically significant period against the Chinese invasion of ancient times. Time to head back to Ha Noi, ending the first part of our adventure.

 

Day 14  :Depart Hanoi                                                                      (B)

Free at your leisure and transfer to the airport for departure flight.
